Carrick Community Pavilion Outdoor Pavilion built by Economic South and the URA and currently managed by 25 Carrick Ave Project. More information can be found HERE.

This outdoor space plays host to a weekly farmers market Wednesday 3pm-7pm and various community events. In 2021 25 Carrick Ave Project/Tech25/Hearcorp will take over ownership of the Dairy District Pavilion, renaming it The CARRICK COMMUNITY PAVILION. Our plan is to continue programming such as the weekly Farmers Market, Flea Market and continue to make upgrades to the space including providing t

he community with a free wi-fi hotspot, interactive art installations, hosting community movie nights, block parties, and concerts.
