E.L.F. BEAUTY x Etos PR Event On behalf of UPR Benelux agency in the Netherlands, I had the pleasure of leading the creative concept and ex*****on for the e.l.f. x Etos launch PR event.

The goal? To showcase e.l.f.'s essence - Eyes Lips Face - in an engaging, interactive way. We welcomed press and influencers from the beauty and fashion industry, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

When coordinating events some are all about the details, while at other events the focus is on grandeur and massive logistics. This project was one of them.

Having five event locations in Milan and one at Lake Como, Italy, simultaneously was a challenge.
As is often the case with corporate events, we can’t share all the specifics, but we can tell you one thing: arranging all the furniture and styling for 3000 guests takes a lot of trucks. From Friesland to Germany, Switzerland to Italy, we managed to bring all elements together in Italy.

🍉 Dive into the summer vibes! In 2022, Beachclub WIJ in Scheveningen transformed into a watermelon paradise thanks to Red Bull. From watermelon-themed decor to a special bar serving refreshing drinks, every detail celebrated the iconic fruit. A LOT brought this creative concept to life on behalf of Red Bull.

For the opening of LuminAir Skybar - a beautiful space with a scenic view over Amsterdam centre - A LOT was asked to join the team of G.O.A.T live event producers to be responsible for the creative & local production of the event, including arranging local acts and entertainment, and executing the creative concept. With diverse acts, culinary delights, and a breathtaking sunset (thank you weather gods) it became an unforgettable evening full of magic and wonder.On behalf of and creative concept by: G.O.A.T. When you host an evening named 'Food for Thought on Progress' for leaders of the Dutch business community - with a talk of Barack Obama as highlight of the evening - then you make sure Ziggo Dome will look at its best.A LOT - commissioned by Brand New Live - was responsible for the stylistic aspects of the event, including decor, floral arrangements, table styling, and stage dressing.

Lighting 110 candles - ok actually A LOT more - at the PSV 110 years gala dinner. After bringing in the beautiful tables, chairs, lights and festive table setting the temporary event tent was ready for an amazing evening !

Decorations, lights, glitter, outfits and smiles all comes in A LOT's package. At the opening of LuminAir.Amsterdam sky bar - with a spectacular view over historic Amsterdam - we took the sky a bit further and created colourful skies as decoration.

December 2023 mochten we het Serious Request huis weer aankleden. Radio-dj's Barend, Sophie en Wijnand zaten een week in het Glazen Huis op de Grote Markt in Nijmegen om zo veel mogelijk donaties binnen te halen voor . In een gezellig huis is het toch iets leuker radio maken.

Making an impression on your visitors is created by a balanced mix of location, decoration, entertainment and food and drinks.
