ABOUT… J Alan Six…bringing the cowboy hat back to country music!
Hearing J Alan Six for the first time about a year and a half ago when he opened for Gene Watson and was the highlight of that concert was a good day. Gene was excellent, but J, a newcomer in the performing arena, was innocently raw with talent. I was smitten with his sound and was excited to secure him for a steady gig. J ‘s dedication to his music continues to move him in a forward progression and even though COVID was a roadblock, J went online and aired a weekly show to provide enjoyable entertainment to his thousands of followers. Now, with our lives almost back to normal, J is even more dedicated to his music. In between gigs, J spent this weekend in the studio as we are producing a promo to expand his career. While I reflect on this past year and a half as I am listening to the audio file of this weekends studio time, I am excited about this guy’s future. He’s good…real good…and he is just getting better and better. A band show this past weekend with J Alan & Six Degrees was one of the best yet. J and the band were on fire. We are now opening up our calendar to book some future dates for J Alan solo or J Alan & Six Degrees. Give us a call (352) 408-8787 or better yet…come see a show…you’ll be glad you did!
