As a professional destination wedding planner with over 15 years’ experience of organizing destination weddings on the beautiful island of Antigua in the West Indies, we have a wealth of experience for those who don’t want to worry about every little detail and prefer to spend the time with loved ones. With so many beaches; beautiful gardens; gorgeous villas; luxurious yachts; beachfront restaurants and lush rainforest here on our beautiful island, we are sure that we can find the perfect spot just for you. We work with the best service providers here on the island and have been organising weddings since 2007 building a great reputation for delivering quality events on time and on budget. As one of our brides recently said ' you really know the island and the island knows you.'

From venue to transport; hair & make up to flowers; wedding cake to menus; wine pairing to entertainment to decor and 101 other items that go into creating a fabulous day, we have the contacts and expertise to make it all happen, quietly and efficiently so all you have to do is enjoy.

Lights Out for Sea Turtles! 🌙🌊🐢

Beachfront lighting can be harmful to sea turtles. Bright white lights disorient nesting females and hatchlings, leading them away from the ocean and into danger. 🌊⚠️

If you are a beachfront property owner consider these options to help sea turtles:

🌟 Switch to amber or red LED lights—these are turtle-friendly and less disruptive.

🏠 Shield or direct lights away from the beach to reduce their impact.

🌙 Use timers or motion sensors to minimize unnecessary lighting.

This is one of the prettiest churches on island, full of charm and character.

Dating back to the 1800s the church has withstood esrthquakes & storms, whilst needing a little TLC at times it still boasts some of the original windows, one of only 2 in the world with these delicate & beautiful creations

We have two beautiful arches created using natural materials from the twin islands of Antigua & Barbua.

The top photo is our bamboo four post arch created using bamboo cut from the rain forest in John Hughes and draped with white linens & beautiful florals.

The bottom photo is our unique, enchanting driftwood arch created using driftwood collected along the coastline of Antigua and Barbuda

Regardless of how nervous/excited you are, make sure you eat before the ceremony & keep hydrated. 2 or 3 small meals during the day is best. You probably won’t eat again until dinner due to photos and socialising & you don’t want to be feeling dizzy!!

Indigo are destination wedding planners exclusively on Antigua & Barbuda. We aim to take away the stress and confusion of planning your special day by providing a bespoke service tailored to fit you.

Whether you are here for a day, a week or more we will work with you to create your special day, just how you would like it. We work with the best service providers the island has to offer, those who share our passion for good customer service and deliver on time, on budget.

Our in house team will be there from start to finish and we work all over the island - on the beach, in a villa, at a hotel, on a yacht, in a historical venue, the choice is yours.

We have a wonderful close knit team who have worked together for many years and everyone loves the creative aspect of creating and setting up beautiful weddings and events. Every wedding is different, just like everyone is different and we combine together to create a special kind of magic.
