Hey friends 😊

After much thought and consideration I have decided to keep Sweet Belle Kitchen closed for the foreseeable future.

This is not a decision that has been easy but it is what feels right for my family & I at this time.

Time is precious and it scares me that Reggie is already 7 months old and Ted only has just over 18 months until he starts school. I want to be able to be there for them while I can.

We also will have an expanding farm business that needs me.

My foodie dream is by no means over, just parked for now while other priorities come first.

I have loved bringing so many delicious birthday cakes, cookies, grazing tables, cupcakes, wedding cakes, platter boxes, cookies, brownies, fudge, canapés and so much more to the world and thank everyone that has supported me along the way.

Reggie had a tough start spending 8 nights in nicu with viral meningitis. It was the longest and most stressful week ever, but we are home now and figuring out life as a family of 4 🤍

Hey guys!

I just wanted to pop a wee post up thanking everyone who has supported Sweet Belle Kitchen. Wether it’s been a big grazing situation or a cookie on a Friday, you all matter so much to my wee business.

I’m very much happy to be all finished up now to await the arrival of our wee babe. I’m going to take quite some time off and plan to be back on deck for summer 2023/24 - with a few exciting changes to how things run 😊

For now - it’s time to nest down and get ready, it was a long journey to this baby and we can’t wait to finally meet our wee friend 🤍🤍🤍

Thank you to everyone who supports me when you can, it means so much. I will miss doing this every week but my body and brain and very excited to have a few weeks ‘break’ before our little baby joins us ✨

Wedding cake season means it’s ganache time 👌🏻 Because it’s generally hot 🔥 during wedding season, all wedding cakes are finished with white chocolate ganache rather than buttercream. It has a much higher melting point which should stop your beautiful cake turning into soup on the day!
