My niece Jasmine Price shared with me her overall vision for her 30th Birthday Party. I told her, I love the theme. It's different. She said Unc, I need your help to bring the vision together. I said, say less. I understand the assignment.

So when two event decor companies comes together in unity, Excellence takes place. While Jasmine, owner of The Royal Touch worked on things in KC, we, Ray Neil's Creations - Party Decorations Page worked on things here.
