The Third Sunday of October was a coming out morning at Connection Church Libertyville: The leaves burst out in new color, an autumnal first for pianist Dan Gillogly, who joined the worship ensemble in the late summer. The foliage awed Dan almost as much as the sight of Vikki J. Myers, Worship Leader, who retuned to for the first time since her hip replacement in mid-September. The imagery and camaraderie was part of their inspiration to sing to The LORD new songs.

In the Beginning...
Kingdom Impact Theater began as a branch of the Elk Grove Baptist Church Christian Education ministry in 1995. In 2003, after original ministry participants graduated or moved, ministry sponsors Michael and Vikki Myers, transitioned the troupe into a touring company, sharing the skills and performance training with other churches, and creating new material to reach wider audiences.
In 2014, Kingdom Impact Theater became Kingdom Impact Theater Ministries to expand its evangelistic knowledge and influence to include performance and leadership training among other churches. View the story of our beginning and evolution one our website.
In 2017 KIT Ministries became a department of Artists in Christian Testimony Intl, a not-for-profit agency based in Nashville, in order to strengthen its effectiveness as an ensemble of theater missionaries using performing arts to empower Believers in Jesus Christ and introduce Him to Believers-Yet-To-Follow.
KIT Ministries serves churches and community agencies across denominations. We concentrate on partnering with small and medium-sized Christ-following congregations, however, we also work with large and multi-site churches. Our performance options include solo women's ministry, historical reader's theater, music concerts and theater-based, hands-on leader training.
Whatever the size or denomination, it's imperative we perform or teach with congregations who share our understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ; who are looking for creative methods of sharing the gospel with others, and using the gospel as the foundation for interpersonal growth within the church family and surrounding community.
Please support Kingdom Impact Theater Ministries with a tax-deductible monetary gift to supplement our operating expenses such as travel, script development, training materials. Please inquire about our performances for Sundays and special events, our performance workshops in theater and oral interpretation, or our ministry leader training in communication, conflict management, team building or humor.
