It was clear that to go forward and have more time to calve a path, he was to stop with the services and focus on himself as a solo artist and start something new that would blow up big. Keiron Kincaid, DJ name KINCAID was in a position to network with the help of close friends already on the scene and start playing at some well known Brighton venues. This established his name and got him on the circuit of being asked to play out regularly.

2022 brought the birth of KINCAIDs very own brand FME HOUSE (fantaSEA music events) which would solely be boat party's out of Brighton. Sold out party's saw the likes of creator of hedkandi Mark Doyle headline the launch which was a total success. Every year will see b2b sails out of Brighton Marina for 3hrs of unique, up close and personal partying with the globes biggest DJs. KINCAID has been on the same line ups as the likes of Slipmatt, Ratpack, Mark Doyle, MC Chalkie White, Rooney, Antony P, Chelsea Singh and Pure Klass DJs. This is aswell as being invited to DJ for hedkandi and their summer closing party for 2022. KINCAID spent many months on Brightons Codesouth with a weekly show, this was the start of meeting many more positive energies in his life.

2023 brings 2 new releases and some serious playing abroad. Being on Decadance is just another chapter to carry on making waves in and around the South East. My monthly show will give you an insight into the multi genre house that I enjoy to play. The support I have will never go unnoticed and is absolutely appreciated from the heart. Blessed to able to do this alongside my pal Rhys Lite Cummins who is an unbelievable producer and awesome music teacher.

This young lad has learnt all the basics in just 3 lessons and has never even asked to press the sync button 🙏

Our time away has been by far, the most needed break we've ever had.

Me and Tammy work full time, we're parents (thats a challenge) and any spare time is taken up with DJ bookings in the UK and now thankfully abroad alot more.

In between that, my little man DJ Tommy-K is now DJing professionally with residencies in the UK and Costa Blanca, he does BMXing once a week, football twice a week, Drumming once a week and this can only happen if me and tammy get him where he needs to be.

So actually, as parents, we bloody graft 👊

This break away has been chilled, stress free, no drama, loads of "feelgood" food, little trips out and loads more sitting on our arses staring at the fire.

2025 IM HITTING IT HARD AGAIN!!!

Why?
Because on the 28th dec 2025, we have booked Glebe Holiday Cottage, near Padstow again as our new "getaway"

You'll be seeing me amongst alot more events in and around East Sussex and I can't wait.

4 booking already confirmed in Europe this year ❤️
