Our mission is to inroduce a traveling dining experience across mulitiple US cities for the sake of gathering to brake bread first, then to feature local chefs, farmers, performing artists and unique locations and establishments. Well, I suppose you can call it an “Impromptu Surprise Dining Experience” for The Melting Pot "A Dining Club" Members.
Boy oh boy, did we have a time at the Sapphire Supper Club in Hotel Legends!

I want to say “Thank You” to all of our Official Members who came to enjoy a fine dining experience & live entertainment!

Our Lovely Server “Vee” from Los Angeles, CA was on point and extraordinarily pleasant and accommodating to our dining guests’ needs, making our experience extremely pleasant!

Big Kudos to Chef, Lance….The cuisine & each course was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS 😋 well presented, and all at a perfect temperature! And the Desserts!!! Well….. we ate it all is all I can say!

A Big “Thank You” also to the Sapphire Supper Club’s GM, Michael for being so patient with me in this past week. And to Hotel Legend’s Camelia & Kendall for your sweet intervention & support in coordination.

Pretty excited about this one! Tuna Boudin Noir in the style of a banh mi with tuna skin cracklins! We set out this week to try to utilize some parts of the fish that typically end up in the trash. Respecting the food that we consume is an important part of our restaurant outlook. What a better way to do that, than to take a page out of the Cajun’s book (who rarely waste anything) and make boudin with the tuna bloodline and cracklins with the skin. OH YEA AND ITS DELICIOUS!
