A Better Life by Abeille Creations (ABL) is a wearable art & custom design house, founded by Melissa A. Mitchell in 2019. ABL’s company focus shifted to creating an art collecting experience through apparel. Each piece created is vibrant, memorable, and full of energy. Year after year, collections are produced in limited quantities and then discontinued to preserve the value of the artistic designs. Melissa uses ABL to educate people about Art, while transferring hope, confidence, and awareness.

Welcome to (formerly known as Diamond + Spikes) and our beautiful new wall that replaced the curtain divider we used to have up, that adds new definition and transforms the space in more alignment with our vision and goals for the space.

We are an organic modern content space and intimate event studio. More rebrand content coming.

It’s black history month and our good friends over at inspired us to make a post about the us! After all this business is black owned, if you don’t know we are and . We are two creative beings from Atlanta GA. We created this studio not only for ourselves but also as a platform for other creatives to be seen outside of the stereotype. We appreciate the support thus far and look forward to a prosperous year hosting weddings, art exhibits and everything in between ! And by the way, as the first black owned all white natural light storefront studio in ATL, we are black history 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Martin Luther King Jr was, for many of us, the first sight into those who’ve fought loudly in the public eye under the bounds of oppression. The first exposition of it, for many of us. While we’ve come far, we still have much farther to go; and the current day fight isn’t horizontal as much as it is vertical. At Diamond + Spikes, our protest is having this studio, this platform and creating a space for black and brown creatives to be seen outside of the stereotype. So in honor and celebration of MLK Day, we’re offering 17% off all studio rentals all day. Enjoy.
