Truly dinner and a show! While we may look like a food truck, what we really are is an event catering company - but on wheels! Our offering is unique, we bring a world class restaurant experience to your location and make pizzas fresh to order. Our made from scratch recipes feature only the best ingredients and we do it all right out of our vintage 1949 International Harvester pizza truck. Our cur

rent services include only pre-booked, pre-paid event style catering. This setup includes a per person charge for unlimited salad & pizza with the option to add on additional charcuterie boards, passed appetizers and desserts for an additional per person charge. We don't currently do pop up style food service with transactions for individual pizzas. Our services are perfect for:
Wedding Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Family Reunions, Late Night Snacks, Fundraising and Philanthropic Events. While our pizza is definitely the star of the show, our truck is often what wows people first. ๐—ช๐—ฒ ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐—ถ๐˜, ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฒ'๐˜€ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—น ๐—ฎ๐˜€ ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น.
Manufactured in Fort Wayne, Indiana, during the post-WWII boom, our 1949 International Harvester KB7 has been on quite a journey.
The truck was originally purchased by an oil company in Western Wyoming. She would remain there for the next 70 years, laboring as an oil field roustabout in the shadow of the Grand Tetons Range and Yellowstone National Park. At some point our truck was put out to pasture where it endured many winters like a wild west bison, unphased by nature's torment.
In 2021 we were fortunate enough to buy this American classic and give it a new lease on life. Our team took on the monumental task of not only restoring this classic but making it functional enough to use for a business. Rather than restoring the original chassis and motor, we determined that our business would need a lot more horsepower and reliability than we could ever get out of the original truck. We purchased a brand new 2021 Ford E-450 commercial vehicle chassis and set about the daunting task of integrating the original 1949 truck body with a modern 2021 chassis.
In 2022 our โ€œFranken-truckโ€ came to life! Thanks to the hard work of our incredibly skilled manufacturers the truck is truly one of a kind. A rolling piece of art. We have harnessed all the power and reliability of modern technology while being able to maintain the art deco beauty of a truck manufactured in 1949. With the addition of our authentic wood fired pizza oven and catering kitchen, we are ready to party!

Skies were grey when we headed out for tonightโ€™s party, but the clouds quickly parted and we had a perfect summer evening treating the Made To Flourish group to a tasty 4 course dinner! Passed appetizers included Caprese & Thai Peanut Chicken Skewers. Our crisp Grandmaโ€™s Garden & Caesar Salads were up next. A full slate of our 7 most popular pizzas followed, and we capped off the evening with our famous Nutella Sโ€™Mores Dessert Pizza!
