After we review your event details we will email you the event invoice.
You will leave a 20% non-refundable deposit, agree and sign event contract to secure your event date.
Your event is not secured until payment is received.

THERE IS A $75 ADDITIONAL RUSH FEE FOR EVENTS REQUEST LESS THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCED.

THERE IS A $35 TRAVEL FEE FOR EVENTS 20 MILES OUT SIDE OF KNOXVILLE.

REMAINING INVOICE BALANCE MUST BE PAID 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.

IF YOUR EVENT IS BOOKED LESS THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCED YOU MUST PAY FULL AMOUNT AT BOOKING.
