With restrictions easing, we can finally kick off the Tommy Sessions 2021 season.

❌ ANNOUNCEMENT ❌

People always ask me where i came up with the alias Tommy Tank, today I’m going to tell you.
It started last year before i had an interest in being a button pusher. I was putting together a playlist on Spotify and couldn’t think of a name for it. I wanted to name it something that would be funny but catchy at the same time.
It wasn’t until a couple weeks later at a gaff at 5 in the morning, when someone stuck on the Biggie Smalls mashup of the Thomas the Tank engine theme tune, that the idea for Tommy Tank came to mind.
The playlist got good feedback and people enjoyed the name so naturally when i started djing, Tommy Tank sprung to mind.
Right now, ive made the decision to drop “tank” from the alias and continue going forward as “Tommy”. I feel a single named alias looks more appealing and fits more with the theme of my brand as i push to grow.
If youve read this far, I appreciate and thank you for your continued support since ive started this journey 🤙🏻
