playing in buenos aires after such a long break was something special — it felt like the perfect way to kick off 2025. i’ve decided to take on fewer DJ gigs this year to focus on making music (cortisol levels increasing by the minute), choosing the ones that truly resonate, even if they’re a bit more spaced out. this one couldn’t have been a better choice, and i’m so thankful to everyone who came to listen and dance, to for being such a standout space, and to .ar and .music for trusting me with the invite and sharing the decks. big love to the other djs in the lineup too, and .teknaked — hope i’ll be back soon

some glimpses from my last set at .berlin — my final gig of 2024. after six relentless years, it felt like the right moment to step away, and this night became the perfect way to close that chapter. everything seemed to align: a sound system that brought every record to life, people drawn into the atmosphere in ways you could sense without seeing, and those fleeting moments when someone leaned closer, trying to catch what was unfolding through the label or the sleeve. friends were scattered throughout, their presence quiet but grounding, weaving into the room. the spotlight stayed where it belonged — on the music itself

migas is a place where time bends, where every note seems to settle into its own rhythm. if you haven’t been, you should. there’s something about it you can’t quite pin down, but it lingers

for now, i’m stepping back from djing until feb 22 to focus on other projects, letting the noise fade, and seeing what the next chapter leads

i’ve got some vids from my set at that i’ve been meaning to share. easily one of my fav gigs ever, and i met so many great people in basel, i lost count. it’s a warm feeling when you leave a city with more than just the gig, like it was something bigger. huge thanks to everyone involved, the artists behind the tunes i played, and .zip + for being the sweetest & also sending me these memories. see you in 2025 ^^
