2 cups raw pistachios, shelled
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 4-6 hours or overnight
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons rosewater

Dinner last night.
Was quite good.
Tacos 🌮
Vegan mix with green chili's, onions 🧅 Tomatoes🍅 , chili oil, cilantro, oregano, crushed red peppers🌶.
Grain free taco shells🌮.
Refried beans with Shredded vegan cheese.
And vegan sour cream.
Another Master Piece if I have to say so myself.

I made a Chia pudding tonight.
Coconut Cream
Chocolate Almond Milk
Chia Seeds
Vegan Cream Cheese
Organic Maple Syrup
Plant based chocolate chips.
Really delish.
I just blended all together and refrigerated for a couple hours.
Blessed results.
