Haven't post in a while! but I am still cooking and I am available for any catering and cooking needs!!!
#1. Vegentarian dish plate up for April 20th Ball at Centennial Banquet Center. Primavera Pasta, Honey glazed carrots and stuffed potato.
#2. Roasted Pork Loin fresh out of the oven.
#3. Changua! A typical Colombian breakfast made with milk, green onions and cilantro, egg poached in the broth, served with toasted bread and chopped cilantro.
#4. Arepas, delicious and traditional dish made with corn masa (not maseca) butter and cheese! 🤤🤤
