Haven't post in a while! but I am still cooking and I am available for any catering and cooking needs!!!

#1. Vegentarian dish plate up for April 20th Ball at Centennial Banquet Center. Primavera Pasta, Honey glazed carrots and stuffed potato.

#2. Roasted Pork Loin fresh out of the oven.

#3. Changua! A typical Colombian breakfast made with milk, green onions and cilantro, egg poached in the broth, served with toasted bread and chopped cilantro.

#4. Arepas, delicious and traditional dish made with corn masa (not maseca) butter and cheese! 🤤🤤

Vamos a celebrar labor day de la mejor manera!!! con una deliciosa y suculenta SOBREBARRIGA (skirt steak) CHORREADA (con Hogao/salsa criolla) servido con papas, yuca, arroz blanco, aguacate y consome con cilantro.
Sobrebarriga (skirt steak) cocinada con papas y yuca en su caldo para resaltar su exquisito sabor, luego se dora en el horno para darle un tostado único. Se sirve con un autentico arroz blanco y una tradicional salsa de tomate y cebolla que se puede "chorriar (echar)" encima de la sobrebarriga, papas y yuca o dejarla a un lado para ponerla al gusto.
$15 por plato...

This Saturday (Aug. 13th) I will be offering AJIACO! for just $15 dollars...
It will come accompanied of white rice, avocado, corn on the cob and shredded chicken, optional whoever desired to add capers or heavy cream.
Those who follow me and do not know what AJIACO is, AJIACO is a hearty soup made from three different kinds of potatoes, chicken, guasca leaves, with a half an ear of corn splashed in for good measure.

This Saturday (Aug 6th) I am offering a delicious Colombian beans plate (frijolada), for just $18 dollars, it will come with red kidney beans, white rice, ground beef, chicharron (pork belly), fried sweet plantains, fried egg, corn patty (arepita) and avocado.
Don't miss it it is certainly delicious!!!

We posted on Facebook and next door, we made flyers and the owners are no where to be found, so he is looking for a forever lovable home, he is super cute, playful, cuddling and very friendly!!! We can't keep him because I have full house with my pets!
