⭐Rainbow beet Caprese - Golden and red beets roasted and sliced served with pickled Chioggia, fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil, and raspberry balsamic vinaigrette

⭐Baluga lentils tossed with roasted butternut squash and fresh herbs lightly seasoned with lemon juice and lemon zest

⭐Fingerling potatoes blanched then “smashed”, seasoned and roasted with olive oil and thyme.
