I grew up in Southern Idaho most of my life. Lots of cold and snowy weather. I remember my mom bundling us up in so many layers, that you couldn’t even walk let alone put your arms down.
It doesn’t get much easier for the menu planning than to duplicate what Ralphie’s dad and mom planned for their Christmas Eve dinner... Chinese food! We simply order our favorite Chinese take out and dinner is complete!
