I’ve thought about this hard for a few weeks and will unfortunately be shutting down Grey cow immediately. With work and life being crazy my time with my family is limited. As much as I love making bread and doing these pop ups it separates time with my children even more than it already is. Every morning they are a little bigger than they were yesterday and I know sooner than later one day they will be grown and I will regret not spending time with them. The process of bread and pop up prep+ giving them the attention they deserve don’t balance as well as I wish it would. We thank everyone who has ever supported anything we’ve done and have made so many awesome friends and memories through our pop ups. You can follow my personal account to see what bread I’m making at home for the fam or other cool dishes I’m putting out . We again thank all of you for all the support and love you all. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads who give their all for their families

We’re back next Sunday 5/21 from 12 to sellout! It’s been awhile since we’ve done some pop ups but we are almost fully booked for the whole summer. It is the summer of the sourdough bagel so get ready to see some weird stuff! All of our breads are made with local grains and are fermented for a unique experience. We look forward to teaching you about some cool grains and delivering them to you in a familiar way.

RUGBRØD

Made with high extraction spelt flour, whole grain dark rye, buttermilk, dark beer, sprouted rye berries, sunflower, flax, & pumpkin seeds this loaf is very nutritious. This type of bread is made with more liquids than actual flour and most of its structure comes from the dry additions and the actual pan itself. These just came out and need a full day to rest before slicing into it so the crumb can properly set. I first had this type of bread from a few months ago, Check him out to grab one of his! Also I know my gloves are ugly.

Made with local grains from , as rich of a bread this is you won’t feel the regret you normally would eating store bought brioche. this is a way more nutritious and natural take. my neighbors definitely always see me outside taking pictures of bread

We will be there from 11am-sellout, super excited to share these einkorn donuts using fresh einkorn flour from , einkorn is an ancient grain that is over 12,000 years old! these grains are insanely nutritious + packed with flavor and make a nice and fluffy donut!
