I was so grateful to be invited to the Howard Vineyards wedding open day a few weeks ago 🥰 Howard’s is hands down my favourite venue for weddings! The team, led by the amazing Kelly, truly defines professionalism, and it’s such a beautiful space to celebrate love. It was so much fun catching up with couples I’m marrying soon and meeting new lovers and their families! Such a joy to spend the day with some of South Australia’s most wonderful and elite wedding vendors. What an incredible experience! Thanks so much for having me ❤️

Toodles 2024, you absolute gem of a year! ✨ Taking a little celebrant breather for the next few weeks (bts admin/meetings still full steam ahead) as I gear up for my most special role yet - a double-duty moment in January, marrying my bestie (and being her bridesmaid)! 😍 Then it’s full steam ahead into the busiest wedding season ever. Bring it on ❤️

1 year ago, I married Christie and Jack - and little did I know, it was the beginning of THE most incredible journey! ❤️

This was my very first legal ceremony, and since then, I’ve had the absolute honour of marrying 33 incredible couples (that’s 66 humans who trusted me with their love story!).

From nervous first meetings to magical ceremony moments, each couple has been a gift.

In the next few months, I’ll hit 100 people married - and I’m still pinching myself that so many beautiful humans have welcomed me into their most precious day. This job isn’t just a job - it’s a passion, and I am SO grateful.

A sweet little ceremony detail I love to suggest to my couples: The Vow Keeper! 🤍
If my couples are writing personal vows, I always recommend they choose a meaningful guest or two (outside of their wedding party) to be the holder of their love letters.

When it’s time for vows, I’ll invite this person to bring the cards forward. It could be one person per card or someone holding both. It’s such a simple way to make someone feel extra special and involved in the ceremony without having to say anything.

Think about that friend or family member who might not be standing up front but means the absolute world to you. Maybe it’s a cousin, a grandparent, your mum, or a childhood friend who’s always had your back. Giving them this tiny but meaningful task is such a beautiful way to include them in your day.

While I could always hold the vows, this approach makes the moment so much more personal and meaningful. ❤️

Life has a beautiful way of coming full circle! 8 months ago, I married the gorgeous Hollie & Joe with Kahler & Tim by their side. Last weekend, the roles were beautifully reversed as I got to marry Kahler & Tim with Hollie & Joe sharing in their special moment (PLUS some Twins incoming 🥹). There’s nothing quite like watching your couples support each other and celebrate love twice over! ❤️
