Hi Flower Friends! Have you heard of the new crafting space in El Dorado Hills called The Design Hive.
It’s a new gathering place that brings artists and community together to learn and share new skills.
I will be hosting a lei workshop there on July 13th. They have lots of other fun workshops there too. Check it out!

A place to connect, create and "bee" inspired in El Dorado Hills, California. Workshops on various mediums offered weekly.

That’s a wrap for 2024 grads! Whewwwww what a season it’s been! Congratulations to all of the graduates and their families ❤️🎓
Being a lei maker and having a graduate proved to be quite a challenge, but we did it! Thank you to my team of lei makers- couldn’t have done it without you ladies!

Thank you to the local schools for their partnerships- we were able to give back over $2,000 this year!

Hello! I’m getting a lot of inquiries about last minute lei. I’m sold out for pre-orders for May but on occasion I’ll be able to make some extras. I will post them here and the first to confirm, will get it!

Loved being back in high school today!
There’s no gate keeping here- I love showing people how to make their own lei. A handmade lei received from a loved one is the best one! I like to say, if you have the heart and you have the knowledge, you can make lei ❤️🌺

As homecomings are winding down I’d like a take a minute to say thank you! I’ve known some of these kids I’m making corsages/boutonnières for since kindergarten! To see your familiar names brings so much joy and so many memories. To be able to create something for you that will remain in photos forever is very special and I don’t take that for granted. I think of the person I’m creating for as I make each piece. These pieces are a real labor of love for me and I appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️

I love using blushing bride protea on my corsages. They add great texture and depth to the piece. These beauties are a soft blush color and can be used to accent any white or pink colors. They can stand alone or be combined with roses. If you want me to add blushing bride to your corsage, just let me know on your order!

A package from Lucy In the Sky just showed up on my doorstep.
That can only mean one thing- it’s Homecoming! And for this house it’s my daughter’s last homecoming 😪. Good thing I also have a freshman son!
You can reserve your corsage and boutonnière at anytime by ordering on the website ( link in comments). You can let me know about colors later if you need to. Unique color? Feel free to contact me and stop by early to pick out a perfect ribbon color- I’ve got lots to choose from!
As far as the style of my work- you can expect lots of texture, no limits on number of flowers like some places, some ribbon but not too much or no ribbon at all, whatever you’d like- I’m here to create a custom piece for you!

Are you looking to help the victims of Maui in a personal way? This family can sure use your help. The husband is a maui fire fighter. They lost everything in the fire. This is my sister in law’s co-workers daughter so I can personally tell you this is a very worthy and trusted source.
Locals are saying that aid has been slow going, despite what you may see from the media. It’s a dire situation and a lot of aid is needed. You may see some big names like Oprah committing to donate millions of dollars but locals don’t see any of that right now. They need help right now and this is a verified way of getting the help need today. If not this family, please find a very specific way to donate. Avoid the big names.
Also, despite what the governor or media has said, locals are asking that you postpone any vacations to Maui, please.
