It’s been awhile! Who fancies a Harry Potter quiz? We are coming back with a Harry Potter quiz next month! If you want to play along with the quiz via Facebook Live on Sunday 8th August then please kindly hit the like button below. The quiz will start at 8.30pm (BST) on the 8th August 2021.

We are raising donations for blood cancer charities. The charities are Blood Cancer UK ; Cure Leukaemia and also Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK.

If you are a top fan of our page, have enjoyed our quizzes, looking forward to one of our quizzes or are feeling generous then please please visit and make a donation to the charity on our JustGiving page. No matter how small the donation, it will hugely contribute towards the blood cancer charities and towards blood cancer research.

Our chosen charity for February is The Trussell Trust . This amazing charity supports 1,200 food banks across the UK.

In the last five years alone, The Trussell Trust has seen a dramatic 74% rise in the need for food banks and last year their network gave out 1.9 million food parcels (with more than a third of the food parcels going to children). Sadly each year food banks in their network are seeing more and more people struggling to eat because they simply cannot afford food. This is not right and we need to work together to fix this.

Join in our virtual quizzes throughout February and help raise awareness and vital donations for our chosen charity. The quizzes will be free to play but any kind donations will be welcome via our JustGiving page to The Trussell Trust.

Every single penny counts and helps towards ending food poverty.

It’s still only November but we are seeing plenty of Christmas trees and decorations popping up around us. With that in mind and with Christmas celebrations being a little different this year, we thought it would be a good idea to set up a VIRTUAL CHRISTMAS TREE for Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK 🎄.

In exchange for a donation to the charity you can place a bauble or light on the Christmas tree or even a present underneath the tree (and also leave a message for a loved one). The aim is to create the BRIGHTEST Virtual Christmas Tree of 2020, whilst raising money for an amazing charity.

Our friends at Blood Cancer Fundraising
are hosting a Halloween pumpkin carving competition. Full details are below for any children (or adults!) that want to get involved 🎃

Get involved by sending a photograph of your spookiest carved pumpkin, along with a donation to their JustGiving page of £3 to LMRUK. All proceeds go to the charity.

The winner will be announced at 5pm on Saturday 31 October 2020. All entries will be featured on their social media page with credit to the pumpkin artists 🎃👻

If you would like to get involved then please send or post a photograph of your pumpkin on their page by 1pm on Saturday 31st October 2020. To ensure that your pumpkin is included in the competition and has a chance of winning the prize, then please make sure that a donation of £3 is made to the JustGiving page for LMRUK via the link below.
