I wanted to share a little sneak peek into #theskirtproject Generations Session held at our little farm this weekend. It’s more than a photo shoot, although you can’t deny how beautifully @amandashraderphotography captures special moments. Amanda is passionate about highlighting the beauty we all hold within us, and in our relationships. She wants women to feel seen and empowered, and has such a fun way of accomplishing that through these sessions. You and your loved ones — family, friends or even individuals — choose your skirt color palette and make memories to last a lifetime.
For this session, @anamcaraclaygoods created beautiful custom earrings that she shared with the family before they traveled to Thyme After Thyme where I greeted them with a fall tablescape, snacks and mini bouquets for their shoot.
We laughed, cried, and had the best time…

Nothing like a surprise visit from your childhood bestie to snap you right out of deadheading roses mode and into FUN!
It was super windy here yesterday, so I spent the early morning cutting as many tulips and daffodils as I could! The kids weren’t sad to come go@e to cookies, and I got a lot done in the grow room — sowing a ton of warm season annuals, and putting up some new dahlia tubers that came in the mail. It was a good day.
