Just some of the five course meal for the ancienes Combatants, for today's armistice ceremony. So proud to be part of it.
Filet of Hoki with a oat crust and a Dill sauce.
Filet of beef with a mushroom and cognac sauce. Pomme de terre gratin, pureed sweet potato and carrot with green beans.
