Filet of Hoki with a oat crust and a Dill sauce.
Filet of beef with a mushroom and cognac sauce. Pomme de terre gratin, pureed sweet potato and carrot with green beans.

Hog, Stuffing, Roast Potatoes, Jacket potatoes, Chicken all cooked at the same time. Lovely
