As the new year continues to evolve, it is always good to take the time to reflect on what worked and didn't work in the past year. This helps when starting the process of planning how to run, jump, and leap toward your goals in the weeks ahead. One of my biggest learning experiences in my business has been to ask myself...Would a quick phone call be more useful in this moment, or is sending an email the best move. Most of the time, a quick phone call has answered all my questions, and has led to both parties saving time and helped connect us even better when planning out the project, or figuring out all the logistics at hand. To more learning in the year ahead!
