Slower tempo this time around

After the success of his debut EP entitled 'Invert', which landed on the imprint last year, since then, Spektiv has returned to the label with singles and collaborations and is now at the forefront of releasing his very first 140BPM offering in the form of the 'Pressure' EP.

Exeter-born, Bristol-based; Spektiv has spent the past two years cultivating an eclectic electronic sound that pivots around the sonics of Dubstep and Drum & Bass. It's now time for him to unleash it on the world.

With a diverse sound that traverses melody, smooth synths, weighty basslines, and villainous sound design that can pivot between being both minimal and sonically complex, Spektiv's short time in the industry has already showcased the intricacies that formulate his unique sound.

Based in Bristol, Spektiv comes forth with this remarkable ‘Invert EP’, which consists of three solo tracks that are all very different from one another, showing you how devise his production and sound is. From silky smooth synths to weighty basslines that are sure to rattle any dancefloor.

Hailing from Exeter, UK - Dan has always been involved with music since he was young. Beginning his first steps into music, learning to mix old Jungle records with a batch of friends which developed an excitement towards Drum & Bass music. Taking his passion for music further, Dan enrolled at dBS Sound & Music Institute which led him to 5 years of studying music production and the industry. With also being heavily involved with event’s organiser ‘DNB Kitchen’, Dan has made some great connections within the scene. After taking a few years away traveling, Spektiv is ready to reveal his sound and we can’t wait to hear more.
