Kimberly Reed is Globally accomplished Human Resources Executive/ Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Champion residing in the Metro Cleveland area. Kimberly currently serves in the position of Managing Director of Talent for Blue Point Capital Partners and also sits on the Board of the Gathering Place. She holds her Masters degree in Business Administration from with a concentration in International Business.

Kimberly has instructed on Human Resources and ESG topics on the collegiate level for over a decade with several universities including Walsh College and the University of Phoenix.
Kimberly has spent her career helping others in the community and mentoring young professionals grow their career – currently mentoring 15 young professionals.

Kimberly is a proud mother of her two beautiful daughters, the beautiful Cartier LaSalle and the Sassy Jessica Lynn, wife of Robert Michael and daughter of Carol Lynn and the Grandmother of Jaiden Kumar.

Kimberly recently had the opportunity to speak on several panels to speak on critical issues regarding ESG and Diversity matters with The Greater Cleveland Partnership and The Private Directors Association. Sheffia Randall Dooley is an arts administrator/ educator, actress, and director serving Northeast Ohio for over 20 years. She currently holds the position of CEO and President for the Center of Arts - Inspired Learning and recently earned her Masters of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University (Spring 2022).

She received her undergraduate degree in theatre, minoring in music and arts administration in 1995 then went on to serve in the regional theatre industry as the Assistant Director for Community Engagement and Education at , Director of Education at , Master Teaching Artist for the Musical Theatre Project, and worked as a Teaching Artist
at several arts organizations including Great Lakes Theatre Festival, Cleveland Playhouse, Cleveland Public Theatre, and the Cleveland School of the Arts.

A proud member of Actors’ Equity Association, Sheffia has extensive acting experience having lastly appeared as Jo Billie Massy in Sassy Mamas and a reprised role in Simply Simone as Nina Simone 4 at Karamu House. During the Pandemic, Sheffia performed in the highly acclaimed Freedom on Juneteenth virtual production at Karamu House, the Emmy nominated Awakenings: A Virtual Gala at Cleveland Public Theatre, and was the virtual host for Pride in the CLE 2021 for the LGBTQ Center.

Sheffia’s passion lies in providing access to equitable arts education for all young people in Northeast Ohio. As a leader, her goal is to create an environment where artists new and experienced can do their very best work while learning and developing in a safe space.

A***n has over 15 years serving in the nonprofit sector, previously as Director of Advancement for OhioGuidestone. Daily her mission is to inspire world-changers through philanthropic endeavors.

She is privileged to be named Board Chair of . FT Foundation is bring change within the Fashion Industry with their launch at The Runway 2022. Described as an eternal optimist, A***n continues to spread joy - advocating for HOPE in her stiletto heels. Her other passions include family, friends, fitness and fashion.

Together with HelpCureHD’s passionate team, A***n advocates and raises funds in support of its mission: to aid those suffering with Huntington’s disease. The foundation supports families with the gene avoid passing it on to their children via pre-implantation genetic testing and in-vitro fertilization (PGT-IVF).

Her greatest accomplishment is being a mama to her two beautiful, resilient, sassy, intelligent daughters (and budding fashionistas).

Alaina Holloway-Carpenter is an author, image consultant, and motivational speaker based in Washington, D.C. She is the founder and CEO of VZN Strategy Group, a full-service brand management and consulting firm.

Cleveland, Ohio, Holloway-Career has devoted her life and career to uplifting and mentoring women, since she got her start as a hairstylist in Cleveland, Ohio.

In 2015. She authored her first book, Behind Church Doors. She is due to release her second book in May, entitled “FREE” How Therapy Changed My Life.

Her image strategy expertise has caught the eyes of several notable companies and celebrity clients. Most recently, she partnered with the LeBron James Family Foundation, J.P. Morgan Chase, Central State University, and several other local partners to bring The House of Glo: All Star Experience to her hometown during the 2022 NBA All-Star Week.

Holloway-Carpenter’s accomplishments and unwavering commitment to her community has earned her numerous awards and accolades over the years, including City of Cleveland’s Faces of Sacrifice Award for her work with area youth; Cleveland City Council resolution; and the President Joe Biden’s Lifetime Achievement award for exceptional community service.

A series presenting women in Cleveland from different industries doing absolutely amazing work. These women are not only influential but also trailblazers who have and still are achieving amazing things within their professional careers and personal lives.

✨.mua passion for makeup artistry began 5+ years ago when she realized the power of makeup to uplift, educate and inspire others. Currently, Jessica is a validation engineer in the pharmaceutical industry by day as well as a freelance makeup artist and session hairstylist in Cleveland specializing in custom foundation matching and perfected skin for all skin tones and ranges.
