This past sunday was a dream y’all. It was amazing seeing so many people come out to enjoy what we do! From the bottom of our hearts, tanks ❤️. Special thanks to our host Long Live Beerworks who we have become such great friends with, and all the great staff who always always goes above and beyond 🍻.

Hey y’all! We are now 13 days away from our big dinner with our buds 🍻!! As we get closer we still have a good amount of tickets left for purchase on the site, and just as a reminder - ticket sales will end this Friday, and tickets will NOT be sold at the door. This is a private event, and walk-ins are not available.

Three years ago, Ian came to me with a crazy idea to start a business. Who was I to say no to following a dream? From day one, we’ve met some of the most amazing people and met some really great friends along the way. Our “little business” (honestly, never say this to a business owner) has certainly grown and we can’t wait to see where it goes. Seriously, who knew we’d need to shut down only a couple months after starting and have to find a whole new vision for food?! I miss you chicken confit sando and we know how much you all miss the mushroom risotto! Thanks for taking a chance on a couple of crazy kids trying to make their dreams a reality. Also, thank you to everyone who has helped us one the years/supported us since day 1. Truly without any of you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Here’s to another year with all of you! Okay, enough of my rambling, if you happen to find yourselves looking to do some last minute shopping and some tasty meat treats, come hang out with us tomorrow and have a beer with us for our anniversary!!

Thank y’all for a great saturday with the homies ! We are BACK down in south county with Shaidzon for their holiday market THIS SATURDAY!!! ITS ALSO OUR 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY FOLKS!!!!! With the holidays coming up reaaaaal quick, we’ve had a lot of people ask if we are doing whole brisket deliveries again. Well, you asked, so you shall receive! We have 12 holiday briskets up for grabs on the site with 2 delivery days for you to choose from. We will deliver anywhere in Rhode Island and some parts of Massachusetts 🤘🏻. Today is a big day for me. Today I trimmed and threw my 500th brisket on the smoker. June of last year I did my 100th, and it’s crazy to see how much I’ve increased production, and tweaked my process. From being constantly worried if everything is at temp, when is the right time to wrap, etc. - to now where once I put them on the smoker, I barely even check the briskets, just the occasional spray down, never worry about temps, as long as that firebox is loaded. I typically don’t even check the internal brisket temp until I give them the flick and slap to make sure it has the wobble. This may be a minor achievement to a full on bbq joint, but being mostly a 1 man show, this has been an amazing journey. Thank you all for being there along the way ❤️

Hey y’all, taking a moment to say that tonight will be our last service in the lunchbox. We have a limited run of pizzas tonight including an amazing thanksgiving pie 🦃, and we are so happy to see your faces for trivia. Do not fear, by no means are we done! We have popups in December with our good friends and , as well as looking to reschedule our bbq class.

A lot of folks have been reaching out the past few days about briskets for thanksgiving, and I will be putting them up again tonight for preorders! We will be doing deliveries next week for our brisket packages, only doing 12. So if you want one - make sure to keep your eyes peeled and ready to order 👀!

Thank you so incredibly much to everyone who has supported us, enjoyed our food or just had some kind words in passing in the brewery. As sad as this transition may be, we are excited for what the future will bring. Thanks for having us ❤️

This is a weird week, we are open Wednesday 4-8 and sheet yea we are going to open on Thursday 4-8 (don’t forget to bring your vinyl) and will BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY so we can attend a friends wedding! As we work towards a more permanent menu and plan ahead, this week are are going STRONG on the 🍕 game. Y’all have been dying for birria pizza to come back, so it is - along with some Rob Levines almost as complicated as my 👕 . Gonna open up some preorders and plan for 50+ pies a day and takeout is also welcome, but why skip the tasty beers and good vibes 🍻✌🏻.

So, one of our ovens 💩 the bed on Wednesday. In light of this garbage, we will be bringing y’all plenty off bbq today along with a super limited amount of pizzas. Like literally just 10. But we got the best brisket around, some killer pulled pork and mojo smoked chicken thighs. And sides. We have sides too. One person didn’t come in one day because we didn’t have sides with our pizzas, so we got sides today fam. That good good green pasta, some spicy beans. Come clug down a few and brews. Some of the best in the biz they say. I’m no expert, but I drink lots of beer, and I agree. Thanks for reading my dad post. I think I’ll continue just writing out super long dad posts for now on. Why? Because I enjoy it. Are you even reading this anymore? Well, thanks pal, I appreciate your attention to details and love for story arc.

This week we got some killer 🍕 for your Wednesday and Friday night cravings (noo bbq on Friday) We will also be doing a special day with our great pals on Saturday where we are going to be doing all bbq all damn day 🤙🏻.

While we have you, we will be taking next week off so we can get away and sleep in a tent up in Maine. Can’t wait to relax, eat too much good food and turn this thing off for a few days. ✌🏻.
