Stuffed shells with vodka sauce is as amazing as it sounds! The best part is that it is packed with protein. I am definitely not a cottage cheese person but blending cottage cheese to take away the weird texture and making a cottage cheese and ricotta mixture for more protein is SO GOOD! 🤤🤤🤤

I had every intention on taking myself out to lunch today to get a steak but since I was very undecided where to go I made one myself and I am so happy I did even if I have to clean up the dishes I didn’t want to make 😂 but at least now I have the rest left over to eat for dinner 💁🏾‍♀️👩🏾‍🍳

-beef filet with a caramelized onion red wine Demi, asparagus, and mashed.

-crab cakes with a remoulade.

These micro greens are near and dear to my heart because I grew them in my greenhouse 🥹

Ramen has me in a chokehold right now 🥹 had some left over ramen dough and made some chicken Katsu ramen with sriracha and teriyaki glaze. Extra green onion to make up for me forgetting the other day 😂

One of my favorite things about cooking is finding healthier alternatives/tweaks that cut calories without compromising the taste. Street tacos are my favorite! And what’s better than a low calorie street taco? 🤤
