🌿 When you go out for a walk in nature...

Do you walk thinking of your goal and how beautiful the view will be once you get there?
Or do you walk with friends talking all the time about your daily troubles, to-do list, or global politics?
Or maybe you walk thinking about how many steps you're taking, and whether that's enough to stay fit and healthy?

I personally prefer walking slowly and alone, looking for those little details that fill each moment with beauty and magic. ✨️❤️✨️

Don't let your assumptions and judgements ruin a relationship!

As uncomfortable as it may be, asking the other person about their intentions and motivations behind their behaviour will most probably result in a healthier and deeper relationship.

People in that setting are most probably not speaking their native languages. Gestures and words mean different things in different cultures.

Next time you find yourself in a confusing or annoying situation with someone from another culture, remember you may be misunderstanding them and find out what the true intentions and meanings are behind their words and actions. 🤝

One of the hardest things to do for many people is to set clear boundaries.

Yet it is oh-so important for business and personal relationships!

Setting boundaries means being honest about what you are happy with and what you are not. It's about setting the basic rules for a relationship - whether professional or personal - to work.

👉 Next time you need to set a boundary, don't overthink it. You will be making not only yourself a big favour, but also the other person. You will both benefit from having a healthy relationship. You will be giving them the oportunity to open up about their boundaries too. And you will be setting a clear direction in which to move.

👉 And next time someone sets a boundary to you, be grateful for the other person's effort and interest. It shows they care about the relationship.

In my work as a coach (and my personal life!) I’ve noticed that many of us have certain goals in life or particular areas of life that cause us headaches, heartaches, and sleepless nights. ❤️‍🩹
