Kalimera! Please note this chia breakfast pudding is only delicious with 2 x goji berries on it (why tho?)

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 1/2 cup coconut or other plant milk
3 or so dates finely chopped or your choice of sweetener
Pinch of salt
Tsp vanilla extract

Topped mine with carob syrup, orange slices, 2 goji's (?) h**p and pumkin seeds

Another favourite topping is pistachio and pomegranates. Rich in flavour.

To spice up your pudding consider adding tumeric, ginger powder, cinnamon, cardamom or cacao.

This oyster mushroom with spicy peanut ginger satay.

On medium-high heat on a pan grill, heat the mushrooms with sesame oil

Sauce:
In a processor blend the following:
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp or more of ginger
1-2 garlic clove
1/2 juice of lemon or tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp siracha sauce
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/3 cup or less water or plant milk

Do a taste test to suit your pallete.
Add some more water or plant milk for a smoother sauce.
Pour mixture over the mushrooms and continue to fry till desired texture.

Served this with rice, salt and pepper pan fried baby carrots topped with toasted sesame and coriander

Turmeric spiced okra (mpamies) to go with the bulgar wheat (pilafi pourgouri). A 5 minute side dish

Recipe:
On medium to high heat, add some sesame oil in a pan with sliced ginger, garlic and yellow onion and fry till golden.
Add the okra, tumeric, garam masala, curry powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir to mix spices and lower the heat to a medium. Add a tbsp or more of water if you want slightly softer okra.

Fresh coriander would be bomb with this!

This white chocLIT cashew no-bake cake on an almond pistachio base, topped with berries. Suprisingly light, fluffy and refreshing to them tastebuds.

Can't say for sure how much I used of this because I made a big batch of these to freeze for later. Trust your instincts and keep doing taste tests to suit your pallete and get that creative fire going.

Top:
Overnight soaked cashews, blended with coconut cream (thick part of canned coconut milk), melted cocoa butter heated with agar flakes to solidify and choice of sweetener (I used maple syrup)

Base:
Pistachio, almonds, medjool dates, pinch of salt, couple of tsps of coconut oil to solidifiy.

Flatten the base in the cake tin and leave in freezer to set. Pour in the blended top layer and leave to set in freezer too. Take it out 30m before serving and top with your favourites

🍃🥕Carrot and ginger hummus🥕🍃
Topped with turmeric infused toasted sesame seeds, parsley and a little olive oil

Process the following ingredients:
- 450g canned chickpeas or dry/soaked chickpeas
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 garlic cloves (optional)
- lemon juice
- grated ginger
- carrots (sliced and cooked in a pan with a little water to soften)
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1tbs nutritional yeast
- 1tsp cumin
- salt, pepper and olive oil

DIY roll on perfume.

If you suffer from hormonal imbalances such as pcos, endometriosis or mood swings, nausea, allergens or acne: the ingredients found in perfumes, lotions and cleaning products might be a cause.

Something listed as "perfume" or "parfum" as an ingredient at the back of a product is undisclosed information as it could consist of over 100 chemicals to make up for the scent it. Even if a product is advertised as a natural/tropical scented perfume, cosmetic or cleaning product, chances are there is nothing in there that consists of the real thing, but rather a concoction of ingredients that smell like it. The real ingredient used is diethyl phthalate, which has been documented to cause reproductive and developmental toxicity to the body along with other negative side effects.

Changing not only what I put in my body but on my body had made a difference to my hormones. My skin has cleared and my mood is lifted, a good sign that my endocrine system hasn't been disrupted.

Smell like the real deal. Feel healthy.

All you need is a roll on bottle, a carrier oil (can use jojoba, avocado, vegetable oil + others) and 15 drops or so of your favourite scents.

I like to roll a little on the tip of the nose sometimes. Inhale that freshness.

Roasted hazelnuts, dates, cacao, pinch of salt + tbsp of your choice of sweetener (I used golden syrup - carob would be healthier) = nutella tasting energy balls

Put hazelnuts in the oven on 200d until the skin starts to deshell and you can smell that heavenly nut roast.
Process all in blender and roll!

If you suffer from hormonal imbalances like I did, (more on that later on how I started this journey for health and healing) perfumes and other artificial chemicals can disrupt the endocrine system since it's being absorbed in our skin.

Here's an easy and simple body mist (but can also be used as an air freshener, deodorant, scent for hair, linen and more)

1. Empty spray bottle
2. Distilled water (or boil water and let it to cool)
3. 15+ or so drops of your favourite essential oil scent or mix 2 scents together.

I got mine from .boutique in and I love it 👍

No essential oil? Orange zest works great too. Just make sure the zest is grated large enough so it doesn't get stuck in the spray filter!

Kalimera! For those with issues with oats, here's an alternative breakfast porridge consisting of buckwheat and quinoa.

Spiced with cinnamon, cardamon and ginger powder, sweetened with dates, topped off with strawberry and blueberry compote, toasted coconut flakes, grinded almonds and pistachios. Rich in flavour, packed with antioxidant and digestive properties.

Here's how:
Soak and rinse buckwheat and quinoa and leave to set overnight or 4hrs.
On medium heat in a pan add splash of plant milk, buckwheat, quinoa, spices and chopped dates continously stirring while slowly adding more plant milk.
(If you don't use dates, use your choice of sweetener)

Top it off with your favourites! Banana and peanut butter works great too. Or stirring in some cacao powder while in the pan is bomb.

🍊🥕🥔Orange, carrot and sweet potato soup with curried crispy chickpeas. Refreshing and high in vitamin C & D to help boost that immune system. Recipe for you quarintine-es below!

Step 1: cut carrot and sweet potato in small chunks boil or steam with hot water to soften

Meanwhile, Step 2: rinse canned chickpeas and dry with kitchen roll. Preheat oven with top grill to 200d. In a tray set chickpeas on parchment paper drizzle olive oil, cumin and curry powder and stir together. Heat for 15m, take it out the oven to cool for another 15m, and then put it back in again for another 15m for that crispness.

Step 3: fry yellow onions with olive oil, add fresh grated ginger, tumeric, sweet paprika, salt and pepper. Add a splash of coconut milk or cream and combine. Add the now softened carrot and sweet potato and mash or blend with hand blender. Add some more coconut milk and a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and stir.

Serve with crispy curry chickpeas, fresh coriander, mint, pomegranate or extra orange slices.
