Feeling myself today 😜💕 is everything! I did an extreme oil hair treatment and tried a Scarlett red dye. At first I didn’t like the color (I haven’t gone red in almost ten years) but between the sun showing off the color and how goooood my hair feels again, I’m loving it. Happy Friday!

Homemade pizza with a cheese crust that you can also use for:
🧀 cheesy bread
🌮 taco shells
🍕 pizza bites
🌯 wraps
Look below for recipe!

(Cauliflower is good too but doesn’t keep for leftovers or work for shells)
2 cups mozzarella
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
(I suggest coconut)
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp Italian seasoning
*just minus the flour for wraps and taco shells. Mold as desired.
Add wet ingredients together and dry together then mix together.

I had heard this song today, knew none of the words, but loved the beat. Made this video, saved it, and went along my day. Looking back at it now Im thinking to myself, “Damn, this hits way to close to home right now.”
With all the current acts of violence, tragedies, and quarantine, and lash backs, these words become real thoughts and worries. ALL lives matter. Stay STRONG and keep that head UP.
