We are pleased to share that the Las Vegas BBQ Festival will be BACK in Fall 2024!

We are working to finalize the location and date. You can sign up for email updates at https://www.nvbbq.org/lasvegasbbqfestival

You can also view sponsorship information. BBQ events take a village. If you own a business or have a contact that may want to sponsor the Festival, please spread the word!

In 2023, the inaugural Las Vegas Festival featured 14 local BBQ teams, served 3,400+ BBQ samples, and raised money for local causes. Last year, the Nevada BBQ Association was proud to donate $8,400 to the Foundation Assisting Seniors from the Las Vegas Festival Proceeds.

On https://www.nvbbq.org/lasvegasbbqfestival, you will also find an application for non-profits to apply to benefit from the Las Vegas BBQ Festival proceeds. Please spread the word to causes you care about. The whole purpose of the Festival is to give back through BBQ. 🔥

Calling all Nevada Barbecue Association members! You're invited to enter BBQ Games.

BBQ Games is a double elimination bracket challenge where you face off against another member to see who makes the best dish. Members can choose to cook at home or cook onsite.

Entries will be judged subjectively by meeting attendees.

Finalists will compete in Championship BBQ Games Cookoff where the final category will be along the lines of a whole animal, a themed menu, or similar extravaganza.

One week until Slab-O-Rama Barbeque Challenge!

Slab-O-Rama Barbeque Challenge is right around the corner! Over 60 teams from across the country will be heading to Bullhead City, AZ. If you’ve never been, we highly recommend it. Teams can compete in a Steak Cookoff and/or a KCBS competition. It’s one of the best run events on the West Coast. 🔥 For those who don’t cook, there’s People’s Choice sampling, Corn hole tournaments, and a margarita/Bloody Mary bar. What’s not to love?
