As we prepare to celebrate the achievements of Brazos Valley Educators at the upcoming awards night on June 7th, it is important to recognize the enormous contributions of retired educators who have paved the way for the present and future generations. These trailblazers are the ones who persevered through tough times, and who were able to effectively manage their classrooms without boundaries. Their ability to build strong relationships with parents was unparalleled, and they did it all without the lure of monetary gain, as salaries were not competitive at the time.
We are thrilled to announce that seven retired educators will be honored on this special occasion for their tireless efforts and the remarkable legacy they have left behind. Join us in honoring these educators who have created an inspiring benchmark for their predecessors to follow. Through this award ceremony, we aim to provide a befitting tribute to these unsung heroes who have dedicated their lives to shaping the society for the better. So let's come together and celebrate the exceptional work of these educators, whose impact has been truly transformative for the Brazos Valley community.

After the remarkable success of last year's awards ceremony, where we paid tribute to numerous outstanding educators, we have decided to host this event again. The Awards Night is scheduled to take place on June 7, 2024, at the prestigious Ice House on Main in Bryan, TX. We are anticipating an attendance of 400-500 individuals, including educators, their families, as well as other esteemed members of our community. This formal affair will feature inspiring keynote speeches, an exquisite dinner, and the presentation of various esteemed awards, such as Teacher of the Year, Principal of the Year, and Support Staff of the Year.

Our committee, comprising passionate educators, school administrators, and community leaders, firmly believes in recognizing the tireless efforts and unwavering dedication of our educators. With your generous sponsorship, we can make this event even more impactful each year. We are pleased to offer a table sponsorship option at a cost of $300, accommodating up to eight individuals. Additionally, any support in the form of gift cards or door prizes would be greatly appreciated.

The proceeds from this event will be directed towards the Faye Sabbs scholarship fund, which aims to support aspiring educators within our community.
