Today, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. MCA ipara Johnston okasida attended the Holy Mass at St. John's Catholic Church-Tongaren Parish, joining thousands of faithful dedicated Christians of Tongaren parish.
The MCA later conquered with the MP to conduct the fundraising ,ready for the construction of the Sisters Convent. The church service was led by Rev. Father Paul Musawa.

The event was successfully and joyous . During his address, he highlighted ongoing ward projects, including developments in education infrastructure ECDE and roads, outlining plans for the current financial year.
The MCA addressed the people the road starting from mabusi junction -lumidi road -Namakhele junction is completed with grading and marramming awaiting for culverts to be placed where is required.in additional the Mca has 7 roads to repair this month.

The area MCA was accompanied by the Tongaren constituency MP Hon Dr John Murumba chikati.

The MCA notes and appreciates the MP for the love he has for the people of Tongaren ward.The MP has upgraded some roads, graciously funded thousands of students in the eleven (11) secondary schools in a tune of millions of money to ensure retention of learners in schools through CDF.

The constituency fund is being used to upgrade infrastructure in most of the foresaid schools to improve academic standards and learning environment for better performance.This calls for synergy, togetherness and unity of purpose in service offering and delivery.We call for cohesion and mutual working spirit in ensuring our people benefit as it is presently demonstrated.

One piece of log creates a small fire, adequate to warm you up, add just a few more pieces to blast an immense bonfire, large enough to warm up your entire circle of friends; needless to say that individuality counts but teamwork dynamites.

Tongaren/Kiminini Ward MCA *Hon Ipara Okasida* commitment to provide clean,piped water in his ward ,scores highly as he excecute his pledge on water scarcity.

Binyenya residents are the recent beneficiaries of piped water installation with tapped water point ,that shall serve the community and its environs.

Access to clean water is a basic necessity to Tongaren ward residents,Schools and Markets.

We are moving with speed to ensure the project is complete within the stipulated timeframe.

Water scarcity and hygiene problems arising from poor sanitation will be a thing of the past in Tongaren/kiminini ward.

More installation is on going to connect all the village units in Tongaren.

_Its time for sustainable solutions to the people of Tongaren ward._

The chairman of the committee Mr sikolia opened the meeting and invited all members to air their views.
He also directed them to allow the lowly family /within the ward to be given priority during issuance of farm inputs and also to do vetting to the residents of Tongaren ward at sub location level. All the names approved should be maintained until issuance irregadless of political interference. Members should be Faithfull, transparent and accountable in their work
The agriculture officer read to the committee the targeted group and the qualified persons who are eligible for the farm inputs as follows.
the person should be resource poor and willing to practice agriculture
the practicing farmer will grow maize
prepare land in advance
willing to be involved in the training and more so PWD will also be considered
the person should have one acre of land or slightly lower an acre
the inputs should not be sold; we identify people on the actual status they are in.

The area MCA HON. JOHNSTON OKASIDA IPARA will make sure the resource poor and lowly family are given what they deserve as far as the farm inputs are concerned. He also gave a strong warning to any person who intends to deny the rightful person who merit to get the inputs and more so any form of corruption will lead to legal measures will be taken and delt with .
