Dear public on media platform , son and daughters of Kuacthii Community.

I would like to declare my candidacy for LEKDA Chairmanship 2025 - 2027 AD.

I, Gong Alier Manyang Cinthok, I honoured to declare my candidacy for Lekda Chairmanship .

As a dedicated and loving advocate for peace and development, I hope to be the best candidate for Lekda 2025- 2027 AD. Lekda was an association that upholds social cohesion, development, and addressing conflict through dialogue and meditation. That's why I wish to serve this great community to lead in peace .

My vision is to envision the Kuacthii community that believes in self- assured and innovation where every individual feels valued and respected.

My mission: to foster peaceful Kuacthii that believe in hard work and teamwork as a pillar for community development.

Motto: With peace , we aspire to co-exist and develop as a community.

I hope to be committed to encouraging innovation, promoting peace, and pouring a culture of unity with other sisterly Payams. We believe in unity and future, where Kuacthii will be represented very well, and I will never lead you down. I will ask to work on advice and maintain the Lekda Constitution.

Through my plans, we can effectively achieve our vision and mission, we uphold Lekda for Kuacthii interest first.

Official declaration of interest for the position of chairperson ~○~Ciec Youth Association in Yirol East County, Lakes state 2025-2027.

I officially declare my interest to the general public to contest for the position of chairperson ~○~Ciec Youth Association (CYA).

On 5th December 2017 I contested for position of chairperson within CYA in Yirol East County, Nyang headquarter therefore, when general elections were conducted I unfortunately aborted elections due to some other circumstances. This is to remind you that I still keeps my manifesto 8 years until now.

On 17 March 2024 CYA leadership lead by Mangar Anyieth Reech called on general assembly at Nyakuren cultural center in Juba after they have formed constitutional reviewing committee lead by Molana Appollo Marial Rong Ayok and amended it into CYA Supreme law. In addition, the outgoing leadership asked 6 Payams of Yirol East County to nominated IEC committee which was later form and sat down to form their government which was lead by Mayor Mou Adhor.

In the eve of selecting IEC representatives in all 6 Payams were we luckily selected Majak K***h Agau in Tinagau Payam, I requested Tinagau Youths for second chance whether should they endorse me again to be CYA Flag Bearer and the then youths forum seconded my request as a genuine call and they gave me go ahead.

On the same note, the concerns of general elections' venue arise which led to casting of votes and Juba base won against Nyang headquarter therefore, state authority led by Hon. William Koji minister of youths, Culture and sports in collaboration with Yirol East county commissioner Honorable cadre Manyang Luk Lueth intervened and convince youths not to run youths activities out of Ciec territory and finally, youths selected the former interim CYA leadership led by Molana Gum Maker Alam in Yirol East County after they have amended constitution.

On Sunday 26 January 2025 when IEC was formed again in Yirol East County at ECS centre which is currently lead by John Nyibeny Wel, I reiterated call infront of Tinagau youths when Machar Dol Magok was nominated and they gave me green light to vie for CYA chairmanship.

It's our collective responsibility to contribute in providing good leadership that will strengthen more policies and programs aimed towards improving the wellbeing of Ciec Manyiel youths.

Dear youths, I would like to take this chance as an opportunity to inform the entire Ciec Manyiel youths both within the country and diaspora that if you give me your mandate, I'll seek to pursue the followings;

1- Unity of Ciec Manyiel wide.

Unity of Ciec is pre-eminent, if you choose for me, we will make sure that Ciec community at all level such as youth, elders, state and national government should work only for the progress and prosperity of Ciec.
To help youths in providing moral, social coexistence in promoting peace, unity and prosperity among the youths.

2- Leadership Success

We will be the bridge of Ciec political leaders to move on to their peak should I be the chairperson, we will work hard to make sure during leadership wrangle we will make the end meet.
To ensure that complaints, advices and request raised by youths about politics, work, and upcoming chances are dealt with quickly and effectively.

3- Transparency and accountability

To serve in the best interest of the youths
To develop, support the provision of welfare services and ensure that youths are aware of the welfare services in the Association.
To support education by using Association's funds where necessary.

4- Culture and sport

Fundamentally, we will make initiative by carry out primary wrestling among Ciec payams to ensure who are the really giants that could be join with Atuot and Aliap nominees and then face other states for wrestling competition.
To promote culture, sports and health education

As the pioneers again amidst the call off of all associations by former defunct administration of Eastern Lakes state, it is a moment that calls for a leader who won’t blink when fighting on behalf of youths, a leader who is ready to sacrifice himself for the welfare of the youths, a leader who shall provide a servant leadership, a leader who determined to build a strong foundation of the association and a leader who understood our problems and provided practical and tangible solutions.

Therefore, it is in this context that I present myself to the youths and ask for their votes. I am seeking this office for second time not for my personal benefits but for deep sense of voluntary sacrifice and work that I can offer. I properly understood the challenges and I have ability that I can fully address them within two years period.

Dear all, you are hereby informed that the body of late John Chol Bech Chol will be transported to Yirol East County, Adior Payam, today evening for burial.

People will still gather in his house today's morning at Junduru area to wait for departure time.

The cars which will transport family members and friends who will accompany the body will be stationed in the house of late Chol Bech Chol.

All the friends, some family members, and the general public who will not make it to go with the body and wished to see off the body are informed to assemble at Juba funeral home along Bilpam road at around 3:30 PM.

Departure time: 4:00 PM
