This girl!!! Leticia is a dynamic and dedicated part of our team who wears many hats, bringing creativity, order, and a genuine passion for service to both her professional and community roles. At Willow Event Designs, she plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. As part of the team, she organizes inventory, maintains and updates our website, inputs design ideas, and assists with customer service. Her attention to detail and tireless work ethic have been instrumental in helping Willow Event Designs meet the needs of clients and consistently deliver high-quality service.

In addition to her work at Willow Events, Leticia dedicates her time to supporting local veterans through her role as a volunteer and bartender at the local VFW. There, she creates a welcoming environment for military veterans, offering both a friendly face and a listening ear. Her love for giving back to the community and honoring those who have served is at the heart of everything she does, and her contributions go beyond her work—she is a true advocate for veterans and always looks for ways to support them.

Known for her infectious laughter and vibrant personality, Leticia brings a sense of joy and fun to everyone she encounters. Whether she's helping us organize an event, managing a project, or simply spending time with friends and colleagues, her warmth and energy shine through. Her unwavering dedication to both her work and community makes her an invaluable asset to Willow Event Designs and a beloved figure at the VFW.

At the heart of it all, Leticia is committed to making a positive impact, and her tireless efforts help both Willow Events and the VFW grow, flourish, and serve their respective communities. We are incredibly grateful for her boundless enthusiasm, her commitment to excellence, and her constant drive to give back.

Dawn is one of the most loving, big hearted, hard-working humans I’ve ever met. I am blessed that she is my sister-in-law, friend, and partner. The world is a better place with you in it!

For those of you that don’t know, our business name was inspired by Grandmother Willow that stands tall on the Hammond farm. This beautiful willow was planted by Ryan and Dawn’s grandmother from just a seedling many years ago. Dawn and I are holding onto her branches in this photo. We also like to add willow branches to our greenery displays at events 🥰.

As 2024 comes to an end, we’ve been reflecting over the year. This year has been amazing and we’ve had so much love, support, growth, learning, and so much more. There has been a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, to say the least. Our team is absolutely amazing and driven to succeed. Seeing the beauty and joy that every event brings, makes it all worth it.

We’ve been working on a brochure all year and today, 1000 of them arrived printed and beautiful. Needless to say, just this little token, was a little emotional. We have every intention of handing out every single one in 2025! Take a look!

We are looking forward to an epic 2025 with you!!! Our calendar is almost full so if you need us, please contact us soon! We are booking now into 2026!

Darcy is a dedicated and talented associate event designer with a unique blend of creativity and organizational skill. Currently, she holds dual roles—working as a designer while also serving in accounts payables for a property management company. Her passion for designing memorable events and her meticulous attention to detail make her a standout at Willow Event Designs. With a deep appreciation for people and fostering meaningful client relationships, Darcy thrives in environments where collaboration and communication are key.
