MEET OUR TEAM!

Tracey is the founder and one of the lead designers at Willow Event Designs. She is also a paralegal with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. After becoming an empty nester, and many years of planning events for family and friends, she decided to make her favorite hobby a career reality. Tracey is a lover of all celebrations! Bringing the client’s vision to reality and creating their dream event is her first priority. She brings attention to detail, passion, fun, laughter, and lots of love, into every event she is a part of. Tracey enjoys planning all types of events and does all she can to make every day memorable and special for her clients.

The Willow team is taking November to give thanks and prepare for 2025. We are almost through our second year and having so much fun!!! 2024 has been absolutely amazing! We have been blessed to be a part of so many wonderful events with the best clients! We cannot thank our clients, families, friends, and community enough for all of the love and support you have given us!

We are almost to 500 followers. We would love to get to 1000 by January 1st! If you hit "invite friends" and then “select all", you can help us increase our followers.

Did you know…we are ready, willing, and able to assist in weddings in a variety of ways. We were blessed to be a part of two amazing weddings this weekend! Two totally different venues and styles but both, absolutely beautiful. What a great day it was. So much love in the air!

From rentals and set up, to the day of coordination package. We have three service packages in addition to ala carte options. The most important thing is to take stress away so that you can just enjoy your day! If you want to discuss your wedding options, please give us a call! We would love to help!

We had the honor of doing a gender reveal for a very special couple this weekend. When our hostesses want to go big, we do everything in our power to go as big as they want. While it’s not the easiest to plan for fireworks in the middle of winter, we made it happen! What an epic reveal!!! Check it out! THIS is why we LOVE what we do!!!
