Vitamin Q BBQ had a blast down in Coos Bay, Oregon this Memorial Day weekend. Got to see some of our BBQ family that we haven’t seen in little bit and hang out and do what we love. All in all it was a great time seeing everyone and making some new friends, also had the pleasure of meeting Big Moe Cason .

We had a great time at the Spring Fair BBQ playoffs this weekend! We took 8th out of 33 awesome teams there, met a lot of new faces, caught up with familiar ones and cooked a lot of good food! Can’t wait for next year 🍻

Our first event of 2024 will be the Spring Fair BBQ Playoffs 4/20 4/21 at the Puyallup Fairgrounds! Tons of samples of the best bbq in the PNW all weekend long, topping it of with a 25k competition on Sunday! Hope to see some familiar faces!

Not heading back from the biggest bbq contest on the west coast empty handed. We spent 3 days in Sweet Home Oregon at the Icebox Cook Off 2023 . What an amazing event...huge thanks to Mike White and Radiator Supply House for hosting. We will definitely be back next year! Huge congrats to Knuckle Draggers BBQ for GC and The BBQ Project & Slow Porkin' BBQ for RGC.

It's a drive from our neighborhood but if your looking for a weekend getaway come down to the biggest bbq competition on the west coast this weekend! We'll be there serving up samples Friday and Saturday and competing on Sunday.

Incase you haven't heard! The Biggest BBQ Event on the West Coast is THIS 4th of July Weekend! The Icebox Cook Off is a BBQ competition with FREE ATTENDANCE! Fireworks! Live Music! BBQ Food! and Booze! Its a Cant Miss Event, Open to the public with Free Attendance, Friday the 30th and Saturday the 1st! SEE YOU THERE!

The Icebox Cook Off is governed by both the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) and The Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) while also being a Jack Daniel's and American Royal World Series of Barbecue sanctioned qualifier. It's a can't miss event!!! It will be hosted by yours truly Icebox Performance and Best Damn BBQ Sauce . At Radiator Supply House in Sweet Home, OR just off of 47th ave. Gonna be weekend filled with and on June 30th and July 1st.❄❄❄

Wow what a blast at Big Smoke in Little Kalama this weekend. It was a solid weekend of fun and bbq. Congratulations Smoke324 BBQ on GC and Small AXE BBQ for RGC!

Judges didn't care for our brisket too much today but neither did we so can't blame them 🤣. Shoutout to B&B Charcoal for their quality wood and charcoal!
