Turning Monday’s into a day of reflection and preparation. Did you know that this bouquet was sourced from entirely organic (chemical free) produce from our wonderful local ?Sustainability is an aspect that I care deeply about as well as being able to pick my couples flowers directly from a place that I know takes the utmost care of their crops ! What’s more, if you plan in advance , there’s an option of cultivating your very own variety of flower! How cool!?

Something that I am proud to know about our company is that we always go above and beyond to fulfil our clients and couples wishes. We offer an intimate and personal approach to selecting florals and designs so that our clients florals are designed uniquely to them. To be honest, I can actually say that when the process draws to a close, whilst we do feel relief , we long for the process to continue.

As the season winds down, I’ve taken some time to reflect on everything we’ve achieved this year—both the triumphs and the challenges. It’s been a busy but rewarding journey, and I’m incredibly proud of the growth we’ve experienced as a team. While celebrating our wins, it’s equally important to recognize the areas where we were tested (because none of us are perfect!). This reflection allows me to connect with my team on a deeper level, understand how I can better support them, and find creative ways to boost both morale and skills for the future.

Which brings me to... workshops!

I can’t emphasize enough how valuable these workshops are, and how excited I am to offer them—something I wish had been available when I was working onboard. If you’re in a shipyard period or have some downtime this autumn and winter, let’s connect! Our floral design workshops are tailored to meet your unique needs, whether it’s enhancing the onboard floral arrangements or helping your team develop new skills to wow your owners and guests next season.

• No Tolerance for Bad Behavior – Mutual respect is non-negotiable. Whether you’re a planner, client, or server, we value kindness. Nothing is more embarrassing than seeing someone in a high position be rude. Let’s keep it professional and positive! 💖

• No Last-Minute Deliveries – We need time to work our magic! Flowers require care, conditioning, and arrangement, which can’t be done in just two hours. Advance notice ensures perfection. 🌿

• No Guarantees on Specific Flowers – Due to changing climates and seasons, certain flowers may not be available. While we do our best to honor requests, we retain the artistic freedom to substitute blooms to maintain the beauty of your arrangement. 🌷

• Consultation Fees Are Non-Refundable – Our time, advice, and expertise are part of our service. Whether you choose to proceed or not, consultation fees are final. 💼

• No Unrealistic Budgets – Beautiful designs need appropriate resources. We respect your budget, but our quality and craftsmanship come with a price tag. Let’s align expectations for a stunning result. 🌹

• No “Copy and Paste” Designs – We don’t replicate exact designs from Pinterest or Instagram. We pride ourselves on unique, personalized floral creations that reflect your style and vision. 🌼✨

🌿 “Free Add-Ons” Policy 🌿

We understand that sometimes additional flowers or arrangements may be requested during an event or wedding. However, these “extras” will be available at an additional charge. While we do bring a few spares in case of breakages or to emphasize arrangements, these are accounted for in our original planning. Once we’re on-site, we carefully stick to calculated timelines to ensure everything is ready on time. If you need more arrangements, you’re still requiring our expertise and craftsmanship in that moment—and that needs to be covered accordingly. 💐✨

We have had some wonderful opportunities this year to teach onboard vessels. Teaching onboard is a great way to be able to take in all the design aspects of your interior and exterior and be able to help the interior team create custom made floral designs which both compliment and create impact in spaces . We are also able to evaluate storage spaces and see how we can help make the flower storage onboard an easy situation. Our courses are tailored specifically to each individual and yacht so that you walk away feeling heard, taken care of and confident . It’s amazing to think that just a few years ago, when I started Faire Flowers Mallorca, I never could have imagined where this journey would take me—the incredible friendships formed with both clients and colleagues along the way. As we push through the final stretch of this season, I couldn’t be more thankful for the fantastic team behind Faire Flowers Mallorca! Summer loving 🥰 Whilst it’s true that not all flowers love this scorching heat, there are a few days in which you can get your blooms to endure the heat. My top 3 tips are : 1. Make sure your vase is clean(clean every 2 days if not, every day) 2.) Do not place your flowers where they will receive direct sunlight 3.) AC is vital! Whilst fans are great at circulating the area, it’s really important to have an AC to control the temp and keep it nice and cold . Bonus too : tropical flowers such as Proteas, Banksias and strelitzeas are a great hardy flower that can endure the heat a bit better. .weddings
