We are very excited to announce that we will be hosting By Chef Michal here during the A Country Christmas Gathering!!
He will be set up outside offering Polish smoked pulled pork on brioche, Mexican Beef chili topped with charred corn salsa, and avocado cream fresh Masala puff Empanada with chimichurri. 😍😋😋 Rob is ready for the tour to start now so he can eat all of it! 😂 Less than six weeks away!!!

The Taste of Tweed is happening on September 22nd, 2024 from 11-3pm at Tweed Memorial Park. Throughout September, we will be featuring some of our participating chefs, and vendors! Our first feature is Chef Michal Rajcezewski of BY CHEF MICHAL. He will be partnering with Enright Cattle Company and Gunning's Sweet Corn to create a delectable menu item that showcases our local producers!
