Sometimes weather doesn’t cooperate… sometimes ceremonies get rained out…. It happens. The most important part is that this sweet couple embraced it all, said their vows, and of course hurried back down the aisle!

Just like in marriage, things don’t always go perfectly, but man is it sweet if you embrace it and laugh your way through 🩷🫶🏻🌂🌨️🌦️

Pro tip: If your photographer is not contracted long enough to stay until the end of your night to capture your “exit”, and you don’t want to do a faux exit, have a moment for that “exit” shot to be taken as your recede down the aisle after getting married at your ceremony. Have your guests wave ribbons, or throw petals or rice, to get that sweet tunnel moment of celebration!!!! 🩷

Pro tip for your Wednesday morning…. Let’s talk about signs. It could be a welcome sign, a seating chart, etc……

1. PLEASE make sure that your easel is sturdy enough to hold that heavy mirror that you have made a beautiful sign for your big day out of! If it’s not sturdy, you will end up with a broken mirror before the day even begins

2. Signs outside…. It’s just a bad idea. I have yet to coordinate a wedding where the outdoor signs have not toppled over by even a little amount of wind at least once during a 30 minute ceremony. I know they are pretty, but it’s dangerous and can create a loud distraction when they fall. So… just put those signs inside 🫶🏻
