Delicious fishy crab cakes... ❤️❤️
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
8oz Claw crab meat
6-8oz cod parboiled in milk&dill
1 Potato & half cauliflower boiled and mashed add butter amd seasoning
Handful of fresh dill
1-2 Garlic cloves
1 bunch Chives
2 stalks Green onion
2 tbsn mayonnaise optional (I used it)
3 tablespoon almond flour
Salt and pepper to season
1/3 Serrano chili (also optional)
I blended everything together and used a teaspoon to shape them. And I fry in olive oil and a little dab of butter.
