Together with 3F STORE, we are now offering back our room (bigger and with its own Comfort Room, and at a NEW LOCATION) with 15 people maximum capacity for CHILLIN’ WHILE SINGIN’, GROUP STUDY, SMALL GATHERING/PARTIES and NETFLIX and CHILL with FAMILY, FRIENDS and LOVE ONES..

📌 We are located at Ground Floor Pines View Building, Pimentel Street, Barangay 1, Malaybalay City (beside 3F STORE)

🕰️ We are OPEN from 07:00AM - 11:00PM.

🛑 PROMO RATE:
👉 Php. 200.00 / hour
👉 3+1 Hour(Pay for the first Three Hours and the Fourth Hour is on us.)

As Executive Order No. 172, series of 2022, some service/s of 3F will be prohibited.

Serving/Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages is forbid. Also the store hours will be changed to 10:00am-9:30pm because of the new curfew hours.

Study Hub, Exclusive Rooms, and Event Hall will be available provided that only 50% capacity can enter the premises and present your vaccination card. ☺️

You may also book your reservations ahead of time to our FB Page or the number provided.
