The Icefields Parkway is the prettiest and most untamed section of Highway 93 north of the Trans-Canada Highway, paralleling the Continental Divide. Around every corner is a new and surprising view of amazing mountain ranges, waterfalls, glaciers, brightly colored lakes, picnic spots and so much more. Many of these sights are easily enjoyed by simply gazing out the window as you journey along; others require only a short walk after parking your rig at any of the spacious pull-outs lining the parkway.

You’ll definitely want to leave your rig at a campsite when you explore Canyonlands, and there are not any RV campgrounds within the park. However, there are thousands of acres of BLM land surrounding it. Definitely do your research before boondocking and make sure your setup can handle the road to your intended campsite. There are also at least a dozen RV resorts in town for you to choose from. Wherever you stay, make sure you spend as much time as possible exploring Canyonlands.

Spooky New Orleans Halloween photos!

To this day, the city and culture of New Orleans pulsates with vibrant energy. As you walk among the historic brick and neon signs, it is impossible to not become infected with it yourself. Every shop and street corner gives you a new glimpse into Creole art or Cajun food. The action spills out into the streets, especially on busy weekends, and you can witness world-class jazz music from two guys sitting on a bench. Crowds gather to watch an acrobat on one corner, and on the next, a quartet playing on plastic buckets and pot lids.
