The beautiful Kate from captured some shots of me on the weekend and is there *anything* this woman can’t do?!
These are perfectly fitting as I announce that MBC is taking a break… Paul and I are moving to the UK for 12 months as of mid-Jan 2024 and I could burst with excitement 🤩 I’ve been given the opportunity through my teaching work to experience life over there and we will be lapping up all the family time and travels between 🌏
I literally have a whole years’ worth of stunning wedding content that I am yet to share sooooo it won’t even feel like I’m gone!! I’ll be itching to get back into weddings from Summer 2025 ☀️
I already have some dates booked in March and April ‘25 so there’s no chance of overstaying our welcome with the Brits. 🇬🇧

Kaitlin and I were primary school friends and when she reached out about marrying her love, Bryce, I was ecstatic 🤩 how special to be part of someone’s big day and being able to witness the beautiful family they’ve made for themselves. So bloody chuffed 🥰

Recently I hit 50 weddings!!!!! That’s 100 humans Married By Carly 🤗 wowieee this feels big.
This sneaky squirrel ceremony meant that I was able to get a bit creative when capturing the moment ❤️💗 you can see how much fun I had 🤪

I’m spending some time adminning (wild Saturday night!) after a stunning ceremony today.
Whilst in the depths of reminiscing on my love story telling, I stumbled across this treasure. Snapped only a bit over a year ago and my first thought was “such a baby celebrant”!!!
I’m so bloody grateful for this life and the people who choose me. I love that each new couple teaches me something new.

Recently I took the opportunity to honour my very first teeny-tiny milestone: 25 weddings 🤍After two years of not really celebrating anything in a big way (c*vid I’m looking at you 👀), there were a couple of reasons I wanted to make this fun shindig 💃 happen:
☝🏼- to support some small businesses, just as I have felt the love over the past 1.5 years of putting MBC out into the world.
✌🏼- to say a ginormous thank you to some of those closest to my heart, who are consistently working around me and my calendar (Paul tops the charts in that department ⬆️).
