We’re back! Life has been crazy and we felt we deserved some time off socials and adjust to our new married life. We moved to Clearwater FL, started new jobs, bought a house 🏠 and got another kitten 🐈‍⬛! Looking forward to posting more of our travels ♥️

A single day to celebrate love just isn’t enough when someone so very special is in your life. I spent years praying for a man who would love me, support me, forgive me, hurt with me, pray with me, and love me unconditionally even when he cannot understand me. And God sent me you. Everyone: when is Paul moving to America?
Me: 🤷🏻‍♀️
We have no idea and it’s driving me absolutely crazy!! Our petition from U.S. Customs and Immigration is good from now, until April 19. From the time Paul moves here we have 90 days to get married. With a wedding date of July 4, he technically can’t come until April 18 for it to work with our timeline. That’s cutting it super close *insert anxiety here* so we’re trying to get the petition extended so he can move here in June. But who knows. “Trust in God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding” -Proverbs 3:5. Leaving it up to the big man on this one, and letting go of the situation completely, because it’s not in my control. Life is better and much happier that way 💕.

We decided! Finally making some good progress planning our pre-honeymoon vaca. We’ll be heading to Cape Cod after our wedding in July! Somehow we always make it back to the blue waters 😝. Thank you all for the suggestions. Cape Cod has so much to offer, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you🎥! Definitely doesn’t compare to Bali but we’ll make it out there once Paul’s green card comes in, hopefully before 2022... lol.

Funday Sunday! We need help deciding where to go after we get married for a “pre-honeymoon.” It has to be in the 48 contiguous U.S. states only (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. provinces don’t count unfortunately 😩). Here’s the thing: once Paul enters the U.S. for us to get married he can’t leave the country until he gets his green card 🙄 (approx. 1-2 years later). So our dream honeymoon in Indonesia won’t be for awhile *so sad*. But nonetheless, we’re excited for what we have yet to plan! We love adventure and exploring new places but also romantic getaways where we can just relax and finally enjoy each other’s company. Any and all ideas are welcome, so please leave a comment or hit the DMs🤪. Bonus points for places with awesome scenery/ cool animals, like my humpback whale friend🐋!

Happy Saturday! Thinking about Philippians 4:6 today - “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.” Lately I’m finding myself stressing over situations I can’t control (immigration visas, marriage prep, jobs, even people!)... and this verse keeps me focused. Isn’t the whole point that we aren’t in control anyways? Not being in control can feel hectic but I’m starting to see the beauty in the unexpected series of events we call life. My goals for January are to: be more patient (with God, myself, my partner, my friends, & my little patients!), finish reading 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘭𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘵, and making the first YouTube video with Paul on our long-distance/ international relationship (90 day fiancé??). Can’t wait!!
