How do you guys ask for reviews from your clients?

With Juice's Pancake Lounge it just happened naturally, but I have a hard time going back and asking wedding clients to take the time and go review me… it just seems cheesy to me…

From Memorial Day - that Monday at the end of May - to the second weekend of June, I don’t have anything booked yet…

I will be driving to Salt Lake City for Chelsea Ferrel’s wedding celebration, and Memorial Day Weekend ❤️

But, instead of driving straight back home to Oregon with all my stuff… does anyone need a DJ in Salt Lake City? Bend? Walla Walla? Boise? …Tahoe? ……Vegas?

There’s only so many Saturdays in a PNW Summer.

It seems like every day someone is messaging about a Saturday that somebody else has already inquired about.

This off-season I feel like I’ve finally got my systems in order and all my files and calendars organized, so the constant flow of new inquiries does not make me feel overwhelmed like it has the past few years.

Even if I can’t be your DJ/MC, I’d still love to get you the outlines and checklists that I use with my clients, and help refer you to the venue owners and wedding vendors that I’ve loved working with…

Also, I am excited about all that I learned in Costa Rica while getting my Permaculture Design Certificate and plan on using what I’ve learned to continue making good on my pledge to plant a fruit or nut tree for every wedding I book.
