Looking for a more unique way to kick off your champagne toast? Sabering is the French tradition of removing the cork from a bottle of champagne. This ritual uses the reverse edge of their saber to break the neck of the bottle open. Be sure to grab a towel and crystal glasses!🥂

2022 Wedding season is officially kicking off & I am beyond excited to see what this year holds✨ As I am planning my own wedding this year, I wanted to share three tips for my fellow 2022 brides:
1. Tell Your Story: Your wedding day should be a reflection you and your partner. Draw inspiration from your first date & any special milestones that help piece together your story.
2. Plan more for the Marriage than the Wedding: I have dreamt about planning my own wedding for years and it was important to my fiancé and I that we took time to invest in our marriage during the engagement season. Many couples choose to do premarital counseling, gratitude practices or even weekly date nights to ensure you don’t lose sight of the big picture.
3. Focus on Experience: If guests have to wait in line for food & drinks or if they are extremely hot or cold, it takes away from the overall experience of the evening. Keeping your guests comfortable ensures that they are able to CELEBRATE and enjoy the evening. Cheers!

You have a seat at the table.🙌🏻

The idea of being “Seated with Christ” was first introduced to me when I was a junior in college. I imagined a beautiful table, intentionally set with my name by a seat. I was taught that Christ’s work was finished, once and for all (Hebrews 10:10) and we too can rest in the redemptive work of Christ. I was told that we are seated “with Him in the heavenly places” meaning that, like Christ, our works are done.

Jesus is seated and, if we want it, there is a seat there for us too.
