We're happy to announce our new location's grand opening August 1st 2020.
For those of you who can't make it out on August 1st, we will have our soft opening all this week starting Tuesday

A message from Chef Val:
Hi ..Everyone! I hope you are keeping well and safe. These are real trying times , but out of hard trials I hope to do something positive. This is now the time to connect with love for family and friends. There's the sense that we're all in this together. Of course family and friends are my first love-- a close second is my love of cooking. I'm calling Sundays my Soul Food Sunday. Each Sunday I'm doing a home-cooked meal -- and will deliver in the Toronto area. This Sunday is very special to me. It will be the first since I lost my Mom--a very special lady- last year. I really miss the get-togethers we always had for the occasion. Please check out my website, and sign up online if you'd like to partake.

First of all I would like to thank everyone involved in helping to make my SOUL FOOD SUNDAY dinners so successful.
I’m loving doing them and I am glad so many of you are participating.
I welcome this opportunity to reflect on old memories.
Our next video will be about growing up in Highland Creek.

I’m trying to accommodate as many people as possible, if interested I would ask if everyone would register weekly for each SOUL FOOD SUNDAY DINNER you desire.
